As far as I know I could move back 2 spaces via a turnout to effectively move back only 1 "main" space on the track, and get two certificates. But I was not given that option.• Ar taisyklių pažeidimas matomas žaidimo atkartojime? Jeigu taip, kuris veiksmo numeris?

Yes you could use the turnout space to make 1 move out 2 which end in moving back only 1 space on main track.
I tried to reproduce and have no issue.
