Schotten Totten is a quirky clever tug-of-war game for 2 players. Send your warriors and fight for control of the frontier that separates you from your opponent. You can put down a maximum of 3 cards in front of each stone and whoever has the highest-ranking combination of cards wins the stone.
And that is where it gets tricky. The 9 possible combinations are poker style so bluff and finesse are mandatory to deceive your opponent and manage your hand with skill.
Each round is set in the same way. Place one of your cards in front of a stone- but choose wisely as it cannot be moved afterwards. Once you are happy with where your card is, draw a new card.
When both players have placed three cards in front of the same stone, they compare the combinations formed by the cards on either side. The strongest combination wins the stone tile. The first player to control three adjacent or five scattered stones wins the game.
You want more of a challenge? Play with the “tactics” cards allowing you to perform special actions such as discarding opponent's cards or changing a card value.

„Schotten Totten“ – tai savotiškas ir išradingas virvės traukimo žaidimas dviem žaidėjams. Siųskite savo karius ir kovokite dėl sienos, skiriančios jus nuo priešininko, kontrolės. Priešais kiekvieną akmenį galite padėti daugiausia 3 kortas, o akmenį laimi tas, kurio kortų derinys yra stipriausias.
Ir čia viskas pasidaro sudėtinga. 9 galimi deriniai yra pokerio stiliaus, todėl blefas ir subtilumas yra būtini, norint apgauti priešininką ir meistriškai valdyti savo ranką.
Kiekvienas raundas vyksta tokiu pačiu būdu. Padėkite vieną savo kortą priešais akmenį, bet rinkitės išmintingai, nes vėliau jos negalima pajudinti. Kai būsite patenkinti savo kortos padėtimi, traukite naują kortą.
Kai abu žaidėjai padeda po tris kortas priešais tą patį akmenį, jie palygina abiejų pusių kortų sudarytus derinius. Stipriausias derinys laimi akmens plytelę. Žaidimą laimi žaidėjas, pirmasis suvaldęs tris gretimus arba penkis išsklaidytus akmenis.
Norite didesnio iššūkio? Žaiskite su „taktikos“ kortomis, kurios leidžia atlikti specialius veiksmus, pavyzdžiui, išmesti priešininko kortas arba pakeisti kortos vertę.
