In Living Forest, you play one of these four Spirits of Nature trying to save the Forest. You are not alone in this task, Guardian Animals have come together around the Circle of Spirits where you progress to help you. Each turn they bring precious elements, and if you manage to combine a good team of Guardian Animals, you can perform actions optimally. But beware, some of them are solitary and do not like to meet other fellows.
Each turn includes 3 phases:
Guardian Animals: All of the Spirits of Nature play at the same time. You draw and turn face up, one after the other, the Guardian Animal cards from your personal draw stack. You thus form the Animal Guardian Help Line. You can stop drawing cards whenever you want. However, if you reveal a card showing a third solitary symbol, then you must stop drawing cards. This card closes your Help Line.
Action: The Spirits of Nature play in turn. If your Help Line shows less than three solitary symbols (not canceled by gregarious symbols), you can then perform 2 different Actions. If your Help Line shows three solitary symbols (not canceled by gregarious symbols), you can then perform only 1 Action. The strength of an Action is determined by the number of corresponding Elements visible on the Guardian Animal cards on your Help Line and on your Forest individual board.
End of the turn:
Onibi attacks you: If some Fires remain in the center of the Circle of Spirits and you cannot resist them, then add the same number of Fire Varan cards to your discard stack as there are Fire tiles at the center of the Circle of Spirits.
Onibi attacks the Sacred Tree: Add as many Fires to the center of the Circle of Spirits as Guardian Animal cards were taken this turn.
The arrival of new Guardian Animals: Complete the Guardian Animal reserve by revealing as many new cards per level as there were cards taken this turn.

Kiekvienas posūkis atneša vertingų elementų, o jei pavyks suburti gerą gyvūnų sargų komandą, veiksmus atliksite optimaliai.
Tačiau saugokitės, kai kurie iš jų yra vieniši ir nemėgsta susitikinėti su kitais draugais.
Kiekvienas posūkis susideda iš 3 fazių:
Gyvūnai sargai: visos gamtos dvasios žaidžia tuo pačiu metu.
Jūs ištraukiate ir apverčiate vieną po kitos gyvūno globėjo kortas iš savo asmeninės traukimo krūvos.
Taip sudarote Gyvūnų globėjo pagalbos liniją.
Galite nustoti piešti korteles, kai tik norite.
Tačiau jei atskleidžiate kortelę su trečiuoju vienišo simboliu, turite nustoti piešti kortas.
Ši kortelė uždaro pagalbos liniją.
Veiksmas: Gamtos dvasios žaidžia paeiliui.
Jei jūsų pagalbos eilutėje rodomi mažiau nei trys pavieniai simboliai (neatšaukiami bendri simboliai), galite atlikti 2 skirtingus veiksmus.
Jei jūsų pagalbos eilutėje rodomi trys pavieniai simboliai (neatšaukti bendrų simbolių), galite atlikti tik 1 veiksmą.
Veiksmo stiprumas nustatomas pagal atitinkamų Elementų skaičių, matomą gyvūnų globėjo kortelėse jūsų pagalbos linijoje ir jūsų miško individualioje lentoje.

Onibi puola jus: Jei kai kurios Ugnies lieka dvasių rato centre ir jūs negalite joms atsispirti, pridėkite tiek pat Ugnies varano kortelių į savo išmestų kamuoliukų krūvą, kiek yra Ugnies plytelių Dvasių rato centre.
Onibi puola šventąjį medį: Pridėkite tiek ugnių į Dvasių rato centrą, kiek buvo paimtos Gyvūno sargo kortos.
Naujų gyvūnų globėjų atvykimas: Užpildykite gyvūnų globėjų rezervą, kiekviename lygyje atskleisdami tiek naujų kortelių, kiek buvo paimta per šį eilę.
