Making a huge gaming service available 24/24 hours, everyday of the year is not an easy task, especially when you consider that a "short" 5 minutes service interruption breaks almost all realtime games in progress ... Each time there is an incident on BGA, we try to be as transparent as possible, explaining you what happened and what we did to make sure this won't happened. We also cancel all "leaving game" penalties applied because of the incident. Recently, we decided to go one step further and give you a more detailed view of the status of the BGA server. This graph shows you, anytime, the number of moves played in the platform. We chose to use number of moves instead of something more "technical" because everyone knows what is a move, and because if the number of moves played on BGA is not decreasing, it means that (almost) all players on BGA can play, so it means that the service is normal (at normal speed). Padaryti milžinišką žaidimų paslauga prieinama 24/24 valandas, kasdien metų nėra lengva užduotis, ypač jei jūs manote, kad "trumpą" 5 minučių aptarnavimo nutraukimo pertraukas beveik visi realiu laiku Žaidimai vyksta...
Kiekvieną kartą, kai nėra įvykio BGA, stengiamės būti kuo skaidresnė, jums paaiškinti, kas nutiko ir ką mes padarėme, įsitikinkite, kad tai nebus atsitiko.
Mes taip pat atšaukti visus "paliekant žaidimą" bausmes, dėl incidento.
Pastaruoju metu, mes nusprendėme žengti dar vieną žingsnį ir duoti išsamesnį vaizdą, BGA serverio būseną.
Šis grafikas rodo, bet kuriuo metu, kad juda grojo platformos.
Mes pasirinkome naudoti juda o ne kažką daugiau "techninis", nes visi žino, kas yra pereiti, ir nes jei juda grojo BGA nemažėja, tai reiškia, kad (beveik) visi BGA žaidėjų gali žaisti, todėl tai reiškia, kad paslauga yra įprasta (ne, nei Mal greitis).
