In The Last Droids, you are an Ecomechanic, a sort of robot repairman in a New World, a world of depleted natural resources. Your goal: to help humanity survive by repairing, recycling or constructing pieces of robots from the Old World. You have to select the best droid wrecks, manage your resources and build the most efficient collection!
Every turn, you draw 2 droids cards and then choose which droid to give to your opponent, and which to keep. Then, you choose to recycle or repair your Droid, or to sacrifice it to build a House. There are 7 types of droids cards, each with unique abilities: water management, harvest, communication, collection, market, shed or house.
The game is made of seasons of 8 turns and it finishes after 3 seasons. At the end of the third season, or when all the House Droids have been built, the Ecomechanic with the most Recycling Points is granted the Medal of the Order of the Leaf, the ultimate distinction.

Paskutiniai droidai: tai yra droidai, kurių ieškote
Žaidime Paskutiniai droidai esate ekomechanikas – savotiškas robotų taisytojas Naujajame Pasaulyje, pasaulyje, kuriame išsenka gamtos ištekliai. Jūsų tikslas: padėti žmonijai išgyventi taisant, perdirbant arba konstruojant robotų dalis iš Senojo Pasaulio. Turite atrinkti geriausias droidų nuolaužas, valdyti savo išteklius ir sukurti efektyviausią kolekciją!
Kiekvieną ėjimą traukiate 2 droidų kortas ir pasirenkate, kurį droidą atiduoti priešininkui, o kurį pasilikti. Tada pasirenkate, ar perdirbti, ar pataisyti savo droidą, ar jį paaukoti, kad pastatytumėte namą. Yra 7 droidų kortų tipai, kiekvienas iš jų turi unikalių gebėjimų: vandens valdymas, derlius, bendravimas, rinkimas, turgus, pašiūrė arba namas.
Žaidimas susideda iš 8 ėjimų sezonų ir baigiasi po 3 sezonų. Trečiojo sezono pabaigoje arba kai surenkami visi namų droidai, ekomechanikui, surinkusiam daugiausiai perdirbimo taškų, įteikiamas Lapų ordino medalis – aukščiausias apdovanojimas.
