I had Loggerhead Shrike before and the pink power worked seamlessly. Same browser. Chrome 106.0.5249.119 .
@malna1979 - not a bug. On move 79, loggerhead shrike had not been played yet. After loggerhead shrike was played, you were the only player who had taken a rodent from the bird feeder during the "gain food" action, and you cannot trigger your own pink powers. A rodent was taken from the bird feeder with Anna's Hummingbird, but bird powers do not trigger Loggerhead Shrike, only the Gain Food action.
