1)Wanted to build a MI (Sheperds Crook) after building a room in the Last round. I was not allowed to build any improvement. There were no Majors left. Sheperds crook should have been free with furnisher. I did not have any wood left.

2)After building 2 rooms in early game (don't remember what round) I was only able to play 1 improvement.
The card says after each room you build you can build an improvement. If this is not a bug, maybe change the cards text to something like: "after each time building 1 or more rooms"
