To give the first player more time to think about what actions they want to do next turn, is it possible to roll right after you finish your turn (but do NOT show it to the other players) so then you can ponder while the others are playing?

Raportų istorija
I know it's different than the real-life implementation where we roll at the same time, but I think that's to prevent opponents taking a look of the upcoming dice, but in an online implementation, you can hide this information. Purist might hate this, so perhaps make it an option.
This way, each player has the same amount of time (-ish) to plan their next turn.
According to the game order, all players roll dice at the beginning of each round, and it's explicitly stated in the rule book, "Rolling all dice simultaneously allows players to plan their turn", pg 4, and I think "plan their turn" is indicating to players in latter turn order.
Why? I guess it's because being first player already has the advantage of taking "better tiles", so it's reasonable to have shorter thinking time... ?
So I think this suggestion is not just different from real-life implementation, it's also different from what the rules stated. ;)
@WiAiC, yes, I know it's not in the game rules which I believe is written because if you roll right after your turn, people can see what your die are, but since this is online, the program can hide that from your opponents until it's the actual beginning of next round.
In the majority of games that I play, the first play is always timed out because they have to starting planning their entire turn from scratch once the last player has finished. It's a total waste of time, and there is no reason to not want this speed up mechanism other than rigid, pedantic purism.
WiAiC - no mechanism has been changed, all players can still see your turn when it starts
veldom - opponents dice can be shown at the start of the turn, as the OP already mentioned.
Masky - to make the game quicker for the earlier players, as already stated.
mikalpls - so? those rules are not for online play
Brainchild - again, thats not an actual reason, other than just mindless purism.
DexterHugo - another incorrect criticism - you can still see your opponents dice at the start of the turn.
