I don't get how you can miss that?
But ok, it's not game breaking to make it even more obvious so why not?
If you do not note the weather marker, I think it is because it is lost among other information symbols.
I have already asked for the grouping of information that is above the game area by categories.

In particular, I recommend that circuit-related items be grouped to the right with the round marker so as not to interfere with dice and other information or buttons related to the player’s car and its movement.
It is clearly a frustrating obstacle to new players. I've discovered several new games on this platform, this is by far the most frustrating to me, because of the level of attention it requires from you and the importance of the penalty (both in ranking loss and because you wait one full turn without playing in many cases).
for this the game needs to be more cautious with errors than other games, more tolerant in terms of mistakes.
