I can select a resource but i couldn’t place it.
My opponent played a café which i still had on My watchtower (uitkijktoren in the dutch version), maybe the bug is in this action.
The game sees that a neighboring player gave you a free build after you "passed", so it's giving you a chance to play that building before the round ends.
I've fixed it to excluded completed players from that calculation.
