Game interface would only allow me to break. It did not not allow me to play Rhesus Monkey Park even though I had the strength needed. I assume that the issue is here: at first glance there is no space in my zoo for the park. But I already have played Diversity Researcher, which allows me to cover up water and rock spaces. So I am able to put Rhesus Monkey Park by covering one water space, but the game interface doesn't even allow me to select Rhesus Monkey Park from my hand to play.
