The game allowed me to place a terrain tile with my already-existing building adjacent to a supply crate, collect the crate, and then ROTATE the tile after I got the crate, resulting in my building no longer being adjacent to the crate, and then i got to "confirm" the placement of the tile, and i got to move up 2 steps on the green track b/c when i 'finalized' the tile placement, i was then next to the green track symbol (and i also kept the supply crate)
