Succusbus needs one of each.
You need a 1 cost card, a 2 cost, a 3 cost AND a 4 cost card. The key here being 'and' and not or. Otherwise it would be way to overpowered.
So the earliest round you can score 10pts with succubus is round 5, as you need 1 extra slot for succubus itself.
